How We Use Your Information

Information you provide by phone is used only to verify your insurance benefits and coordinate placement with a licensed inpatient treatment program. It is shared with the treatment facility you choose for the purpose of admission. It is not sold, rented, or used for marketing.

HIPAA

Rising Hope is not a covered healthcare provider under HIPAA. However, the licensed inpatient programs we refer callers to are HIPAA-covered entities and apply HIPAA privacy protections to your medical records and protected health information (PHI) once you are admitted.
